Yup. It's Starfire. Just being adorable. ^_^
You know, I could say that this was my vision of her INNER SELF, and I was trying to bring out the CUTENESS FROM WITHIN if I felt like fooling you all into thinking I was deep and artsy like that.
You would have seen right through that, right? XP
Really, I just haven't drawn something sickingly cute that wasn't chibi in a little while. Starfire just happened to be my victim.
Art-wise, I feel stupid for using my blenders on her oufti, because I didn't get the right shading effects I wanted. You win some, you lose some, eh? And I don't like her back arm. The fingers bug me. Oh well. It's still cute, and that's what I aimed for.
