If you haven't looked in fashion magazines for inspiration, they're really quite helpful. I got this picture idea from flipping through my InStyle magazine...which is really a quite dangerous magazine. I adore a cute pair of shoes and InStyle always makes me want to go shoe shopping...
Anyways.
Second of my Frank Miller inspired pictures...the first one, which I did a while back, I noticed got the most hits out of all my pictures, and I had a lot of fun doing it, so I figured, why not?
I even gave it a Sin City-ish name...the stories in that series have names like "A Dame to Kill For", "The Hard Goodbye", "Lost, Lonely, and Lethal", and "The Babe Wore Red".
I rather like this one, despite the horrible perspective.
And in case you can't tell, this is Kavaii, 'cept I cut her hair. I didn't fancy the braid much.

It's very eye-catching indeed.
I've always been a big fan of black-and-white ink media, with a hint of color. Most people opt for the bold red as the single color, but the blue is more effective with the overall mood of the piece.
